Holly Perryman, SHRM-CP

Holly Perryman started her HR career in a support role and quickly began acquiring the skills and expertise that would lead to a 22-year career at Enterprise Holdings, Inc, primarily as a Group HR Manager. Holly worked with well-established teams and developed a niche for building new HR teams from the ground up. She has overseen both the project management and the change management processes required to navigated teams through significant business model changes. Along the way, Holly has acquired a high level of expertise in multi-state and federal laws to implement proactive compliance measures, address employee concerns, and resolve legal challenges. She consistently achieved measurable improvement in employee engagement scores and retention. 

In 2020 Holly left the corporate world behind to start HR Managed, LLC, where she brings that same level of expertise to bear in her role as an HR consultant focusing on small to mid-sized businesses. Having grown up in a small midwestern town, she understands the value that these locally owned businesses bring to the community.  She also understands that such businesses require varying degrees of HR support and are often unable to justify hiring a dedicated HR team member. HR Managed, LLC is designed to provide small to mid-sized businesses with scalable options that allow them to enjoy HR expertise when they need it with an approach that fits their business needs. 


Holly brings three key philosophies to the HR process: the importance of aligning HR with business strategy, the desire to release each team member to their full potential, and the ability of HR to make the difference in overall business
